…learn how to grow vegetables through the winter at a “Season Extension Workshop” at the Chicago Center for Green Technology Saturday, November 17.
Here’s a summary of the event:
Dr. John Biernbaum, Professor of Plant and Soil Sciences at Michigan State University & Director of the Student Organic Farm will present a program on how to extend the growing season using hoophouses and unheated greenhouses.
